Twenties revue with Robert Kreis on July 15
Robert Kreis invites you to a review of the 1920s at the district office. As district councilor Axel Fink reports, the artist will be performing on Friday, July 15 at 7 p.m. The proceeds from the charity evening will benefit the Main-Taunus-Foundation and the “KiTa und Musikschule” project at the music school in Hofheim. The evening runs in cooperation with the Lions Club Hofheim RheinMain and the public education association Hofheim.
“The evening takes us into the dazzling cultural world of the Weimar Republic and, with parodies and persiflage, spans an arc to the present day,” explains Head of Cultural Affairs Fink. The entertainer, singer, pianist and cabaret artist Kreis has been specializing in the Weimar Republic for around thirty years. It is important to him to preserve the forgotten Jewish cultural heritage of this time.
The concert was already planned for 2020, but had to be canceled twice due to the corona pandemic.
The Main-Taunus-Foundation promotes and supports people in the Main-Taunus-Kreis with the integration and care as well as with special emergencies. Projects in the areas of education and sport are also funded.
„Kita and music school” is a cooperation project in which the music school Kita– Introduces music to children. It is not only intended to inspire children for music and promote their musical skills, but also to give educators music-pedagogical suggestions.
Tickets cost 35 and 25 euros (reduced by half). Tickets are available in advance from the Main-Taunus-Kreis (Tel. 06192 201-2536, E-mail[email protected]), in the bookshop at the old town hall, Hauptstraße 38 in Hofheim (Tel. 06192 287639), at ticket offices such as Ticketsnapper in the Main-Taunus-Zentrum Sulzbach and – plus fees – near Frankfurt Ticket (www.frankfurt-ticket.de).
