Now the competent court in Switzerland has probably ordered insolvency proceedings against the company mentioned in Switzerland. Of course, this means that more than 40 million euros are in the fire. money from invested investors, because the one who bought the token is of course also an investor.
However, each of the investors has the right to know what happened to the more than 40 million euros, now as part of the insolvency investigation.
But since we can only clarify this to a limited extent in Germany, we have to work with a Swiss lawyer here, and everyone knows that Switzerland is expensive. We are assuming costs of 25,000 to 30,000 euros here.
That’s exactly why we can’t make the interest group “free of charge” here, but we are convinced that it’s WORTH the money to promote clarification here.
At the moment we are only collecting addresses from interested investors in the former WEENEXX AG. If we don’t get enough members together, then an interest group doesn’t make sense either.
