TEHRAN – Amid protests over Mahsa Amini’s death, Iranian hackers on Saturday disrupted an Iranian state radio broadcast and showed a photo of Ali Khamenei along with the embassy “The blood of our youth is on your hands ”.
The hacktivist group Edalat ‑ e Ali (Ali’s Justice) claimed responsibility for the incident, which opposed 18 local time during a newscast.
The image also showed Khamenei on fire and in the sights of a rifle.
After the death of 22-Year Mahsa Amini in police custody, in recent weeks the protests have engulfed the country.
Amini was born on 13. Arrested in Tehran on 9/11 for wearing inappropriate clothing, he died three days later.
A medical examiner’s report Friday denied that Amini had died from blows to the head and limbs and found that her death was the result of a pre-existing medical problem.
However, Amini’s family denied that she had any pre-existing medical conditions and her father blamed the police for her death.
Earlier this year, Edalat-e Ali hacked news websites, television and radio stations to spread anti-regime news, Iran International reports.
Previous messages included footage of the protesters at Tehran’s Azadi Stadium, which “Death to the dictator ”shouted, and a close-up of a masked man who is the protagonist “V for Vendetta “and said: “Khamenei is afraid, the foundations of the regime are shaking ”.
