On the night from Sunday to Monday, small weed parties were organized on the streets in various German cities, because from April 1 cannabis can be grown and smoked there. Three plants in the house are allowed, coffee shops remain prohibited. “This is the most progressive law in Europe,” says Dirk Rehahn, who has sold gardening equipment to sneaky cannabis growers for years.
