Webzen (CEO Kim Tae-young) prepared an annual event promotion in celebration of the 20th anniversary of the service of the representative work’Mu Online’. ‘Mu Online’ was a PC online game released on November 19, 2001, gaining popularity as the first 3D MMORPG in Korea at the time, leading Webzen’s listing on the KOSDAQ. Currently, it has been reborn as a number of mobile games, contributing to the improvement of Webzen’s earnings.
This event will be held until December 30th as’Muniverse the Beginning’. You can only participate as a character of level 400 or higher, and you can perform missions that change every month and increase the event level to receive various benefits.
In January, when reaching levels 0-2, 5% experience is given, and when reaching a certain level, additional rewards such as’Excellent Blood Angel Weapon’ are also provided. The January mission consisted of access and monster hunting.
