Web Conference on Optimizing Loading and Site Supplies: The Case of Materne North America

Azap and Supply Chain Village are organizing a web conference on Thursday, April 20, from 2:00 p.m. on feedback from Materne North America.

This subsidiary of the French company Materne, belongs to the BEL group, which has 9,000 employees worldwide and is present in 120 countries with brands such as Babybel, La Vache Qui Rit, Pom’Potes, GoGo squeeZ or Boursin.

Faced with a sharp rise in transport costs and the need to better balance its flows between its factories and its distribution warehouses, Materne North America called on Azap to optimize its loading and site supplies.

Julia Wagner, Senior Demand Planer Materne North America, live from New York, and Yoann Beurel, Azap Project Director, will present the context, the process and the contributions of the project carried out with Azap to balance stocks and optimize loading in an environment multisite. Fabien Grattepain, CEO of Azap, will talk about supporting this project from implementation to deployment… and beyond.
