New Delhi: The weather in India is about to take a turn once again. On one hand people are waiting for the cold weather. On the other hand, the weather is going in the exact opposite direction. In fact, the Indian Meteorological Department i.e. IMD has announced that in the month of November, the day and night temperatures in many parts of the country may be above normal. This forecast of IMD is for the rest of the country except North-West and some parts of Central India. IMD also said that most states of the country may receive more than normal rainfall in November.
However, at present the weather remains dry in most of the states of the country. At the same time, rainy season continues in the states of South India. According to the Meteorological Department, from November 3, the new round of rain will continue in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Mahe and Interior South Karnataka till November 5. Talking about today’s weather, there may be light to moderate rain in coastal Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Andaman and Nicobar Islands along with heavy rain at some places.

The air quality index of Delhi and NCR will be in very poor category. A fresh mild western disturbance is about to arrive which is going to change the weather pattern of the mountains for some time. Due to this, the weather will remain the same for two days and the rainy season will start sometime after its arrival. However, after 3rd or 4th November the weather will become normal again.
