The weather is changing in the next 24 hours, as rain and storms are expected. Thodoris Kolidas spoke of two “disturbances”, with the first affecting the country from the evening hours and the second from Friday to Saturday.
The director of the EMY lists the relevant maps with the evolution of the phenomena, noting how “although the EFI precipitation index (Extreme Forecast Index) does not receive particularly elevated values, relative attention is needed in the areas where the shades of the orange color are more intense.”
The areas that seem to be affected are Thrace and Epirus, while the second “wave” will concern more areas of northern Greece, Epirus and Central Greece.
At the same time, the director of the EMY also spoke about limited snowfall in the mountains: “There will be little snow on Friday and Saturday, only at high altitudes, in the Central and Northern regions. But they are enough to confirm – at least approximately – the saying: “ and in April on the 18th…”, write down.

The weather forecast for Wednesday
The weather will be rainy today in most areas of the country. According to the EMY bulletin, storms are expected, possibly strong in places in the northern Ionian and Epirus and gradually in Macedonia and Thrace.
The transport of African dust is favored. Winds will blow south southeast in the seas 4 to 6 Beaufort, turning from noon and from west to west directions with the same intensity.
The temperature will drop slightly across the country and will not exceed 23 to 26 degrees Celsius.
