Moderate to heavy rains are continuing in the coastal areas of Tamil Nadu, Odisha, Kerala and West Bengal. Whereas in the states of North India, cold has started being felt in the morning and night. In many states including Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, the temperature is falling rapidly at night and fog has started coming. According to the Meteorological Department, fog can be seen even today in the country’s capital Delhi.

An increase in the maximum temperature of Delhi may be seen in the coming days. The weather in Bihar is going to be dry. But in the morning there may be fog in most parts of the state. Due to cyclonic storm Hamon, heavy rains may be seen in Mizoram and Tripura today. Apart from this, heavy rains can also be seen in Nagaland, Manipur and Arunachal Pradesh. The Meteorological Department has warned fishermen not to venture into the sea of ​​Odisha, West Bengal, Bangladesh and Myanmar.

Talking about today’s weather, according to the report of Skymet Weather, there may be light to moderate rain in Kerala today along with heavy rain at one or two places. Light rain is possible over Northeast India, Gangetic West Bengal, Coastal Odisha, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep. There may be a slight drop in minimum temperatures in North-West, Central and Eastern India. The plains also received some rainfall as a result of back-to-back western disturbances.

However, no system has been seen over the Western Himalayas for the last few days, due to which the plains have also remained dry. Due to the absence of any system in the plains of North India, the weather has remained clear and similar weather is expected to remain for the next one week.
