Seasonally high temperatures remain the main feature of the weather today, the last day of 2023.
A few clouds, temporarily increased, are expected throughout the country, according to the EMY weather forecast for New Year’s Eve.
Sporadic rains will occur in eastern and southern island Greece and from the evening in the Ionian. In the morning and evening, visibility will be limited in places and fog will form.
In the north the temperature will reach 15-16 degrees, in the rest of Greece 17-18, while in the south and the eastern island country 18-20 degrees Celsius.
Tomorrow, New Year’s Day, in the Ionian Islands, Epirus, the islands of the Eastern Aegean and Crete, temporarily increased cloudiness, local rains and possibly sporadic storms in the south are expected.
In the rest of Greece, the weather tomorrow will be almost clear, with a few temporary local clouds. The temperature will not change appreciably and will reach 16-18 degrees in continental Greece and 19-20 degrees Celsius in insular Greece.
