Weather – Offenbach am Main – Uncomfortable start to the week in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland – Panorama

Mainz/Saarbrücken (dpa/lrs) – The week in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland starts cloudy with rain and thunderstorms. Although the weather loosens up more and more over the course of the day, showers and local heavy rain are possible, especially from the afternoon, as reported by the German Weather Service (DWD). In the Vorderpfalz it can get up to 30 degrees Celsius warm, in the Hocheifel it will be around 22 degrees. The showers will subside again on Tuesday night. It stays dry.

Temperatures will rise to between 27 and 31 degrees on Tuesday and between 31 and 35 degrees on Wednesday. According to the DWD, the weather will be clear, sunny and free of precipitation.
