Offenbach am Main (dpa / lhe) – After a few cooler days, people in Hesse can look forward to a summer weekend. In the south of the country it will be clear to sunny on Friday with highs of 26 degrees, in the north with highs of 24 degrees it will be cloudy with a low tendency to shower, the German Weather Service (DWD) said. A weak, partly moderate wind will blow from the north-west. On the night of Saturday it will remain slightly cloudy and mostly dry, but according to the DWD the temperatures will drop to up to 10 degrees.

On Saturday, there may be locally weak rain showers in the north-east with temperatures of up to 23 degrees; in the south, on the other hand, it will remain clear to cloudy and dry with maximum values ​​of 27 degrees. A light to moderate north-west wind is still blowing. In the night to Sunday, the temperatures drop to up to 8 degrees with little cloud, there is no precipitation. According to the DWD, Sunday will be cloudless and partly clear in the north. In the afternoon, the temperatures rise to 26 to 29 degrees with a weak wind, in the south it could be 30 degrees. It shouldn’t rain. On Monday night, the values ​​​​drop to up to 10 degrees.
