Offenbach (dpa / lrs) – With slight delays, summer in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland is getting off to a calendar start (June 20, 11:43 p.m.): The meteorologists of the German Weather Service (DWD) are expecting Sunday in Offenbach bright to cloudy weather and individual showers, especially in the southern half, thunderstorms can form. The maximum temperatures should reach 22 to 26 degrees, said the DWD on Saturday. In the evening, the clouds are expected to become thicker from the west, precipitation is hardly expected.
On Monday it will be 25 to 28 degrees warm, according to the meteorologists, in the higher mountains 23 degrees are expected.
