Offenbach (dpa / lrs) – A preliminary end to the cloudy December weather is not in sight in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland. According to the German Meteorological Service (DWD), this is due to two low pressure areas that hold their foothills over Western and Central Europe. “The weather is pretty bogged down,” said a DWD meteorologist on Saturday in Offenbach.
