Offenbach (dpa / lrs) – The people in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland can expect a lot of sunshine at the weekend. On Sunday it remains dry with maximum temperatures between seven and nine degrees, as the German Weather Service (DWD) announced on Saturday in Offenbach. On Monday night it can be locally foggy. The temperature drops to minus one to minus four degrees. In the Eifel it can get down to minus seven degrees.

According to the DWD, on Monday it is initially bright, south of the Moselle even sunny. Clouds appear during the day. However, it remains dry with maximum values ​​between five and nine degrees, in the mountains around four degrees. Even on Tuesday night it remains largely dry. It is widespread, however, frosty, locally also smooth with lows between zero and minus three degrees, in the high elevations of the Eifel down to minus five degrees.
