Offenbach (dpa / lrs) – After a long dry phase, the weather in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland is uncomfortable this week. As the German Weather Service (DWD) announced, it will be changeable and significantly cooler throughout the week. On Wednesday there will be showers again and again, the maximum values here are between 16 and a maximum of 21 degrees on the Upper Rhine. On Thursday it gets a bit cooler and rainy with 13 to a maximum of 17 degrees. The holiday on Friday is also changeable at 13 to 16 degrees. Thunderstorms can occasionally occur. But at night it stays comparatively warm, said a DWD meteorologist: ground frost is not to be expected.
