Leipzig (dpa / th) – Rainy days are coming to the people in Thuringia. On Thursday it should remain covered all day, as the German weather service announced on Thursday morning. Already in the morning light rain can be expected, in the upper mountains a little snow can fall. Especially in the mountains and in the Werra Valley, drivers should pay attention to the smoothness. During the course of the day, the precipitation should spread and from the afternoon onwards also appear in the lower elevations as snow and sleet – in the Thuringian Forest even up to 10 centimeters of fresh snow could fall. The maximum temperatures are up to four degrees, and there is frost at night.

On Friday it remains overcast and rainy, although snow can fall more frequently in the northern Berland in the morning. Especially when it comes to the transition from snow to rain, black ice must be observed again. The temperatures remain largely unchanged compared to the previous day.
