Offenbach (dpa / lhe) – In Hesse it will be changeable in the coming days. On Tuesday and Wednesday, thick clouds, rain and wind move across the country, said a meteorologist from the German Weather Service (DWD). But in between there are also dry sections. Especially in the north and in the mountains, stronger gusts of wind are possible on Tuesday, the maximum values are between 17 and 20 degrees.
In the middle of the week, the showers should gradually subside, said the meteorologist on Monday: On Thursday there will be only a few rain and occasionally even a little sunshine with initially many clouds. The temperatures climb to 24 degrees. “At the end of the week, the sun comes out more and more,” reported the DWD expert according to a first weather model.
On Monday, according to the DWD, people in Hesse had to be prepared for a “rain band that was like a rain shower” with temperatures of up to 23 degrees. It is quite windy, locally there could be stormy gusts.
