Offenbach / Essen (dpa / lhe) – Spring continues to give people in Hesse the cold shoulder. The new week starts very cloudy, as the German Weather Service (DWD) announced on Monday in Essen. But it remains largely dry. There may be a few showers only in the afternoon. Snow and individual sleet thunderstorms are possible in the mountains. The maximum values ​​range between four and ten degrees.

According to the forecast, there will also be short, weak showers on Tuesday. The temperatures rise slightly to a maximum of eleven degrees. According to meteorologists, the proportion of sun tends to increase over the course of the week. The nights remain frosty with lows between minus one and minus five degrees.
