There may be sleet and light snowfall in the coming days, as the German Weather Service (DWD) announced on Wednesday morning in Offenbach. On Wednesday it will therefore be mostly cloudy to heavily cloudy, but dry. The maximum temperatures are between 8 and 13 degrees, at high altitudes around 6 degrees. During the night of Thursday, rain will move in from the north-west, which will spread to the north-west half and will sometimes turn into snow from the lower Lower Rhine to the Münsterland. It is mostly dry from the Eggegebirge to the Siegerland. The temperatures drop to 3 to minus 2 degrees. In some areas it can become slippery due to snow or freezing wet conditions. There will be local showers on Thursday. According to the forecast, it will snow in the mountains above 600 meters.
