Weather – Offenbach am Main – Cloudy and rainy until at least Wednesday – Panorama

Offenbach (dpa / lhe) – The cloudy and rainy weather of the past few days continues in Hesse until at least the middle of the week. According to the German Weather Service (DWD), it will be uncomfortable on Saturday, especially in the Rhine-Main area. Because there the rain turns into slushy sleet. Only in the Hessian mountainous region can it sometimes really snow – but it is not enough for a gleaming white winter splendor.

“The water levels on the rivers remain at a high level,” said a DWD meteorologist on Saturday in Offenbach. Only on Sunday is it said to be largely free of rain.

The temperatures are between one and four degrees. On Tuesday even eight degrees are reached in the Rhine-Main area. Official warnings of a severe thaw were lifted on Saturday.
