Offenbach (dpa / lrs) – The second half of April also remains changeable in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland. The umbrella is also a useful tool in the coming days. The German Weather Service (DWD) predicts a cloudy Sunday with heavy rain. In some areas, short thunderstorms must be expected. The maximum temperatures are therefore between 9 and 14 degrees. On the night of Monday, it is said to be cloudy, but often free of precipitation. Temperatures in the mountains can drop to zero degrees. On Monday, thick clouds cause showers again. According to the DWD, however, the sun occasionally shows up. It also gets a bit warmer with values of up to 17 degrees. In the night of Tuesday the clouds move into some regions. It remains largely free of precipitation. Local fog must be expected. Again it is possible that the temperature drops to zero degrees at higher altitudes.
According to the forecast, Tuesday will be bright to cloudy. Nevertheless, individual showers or thunderstorms must be expected in the course of the day, according to the meteorologists. The maximum temperatures rise to values between 13 and 19 degrees.
