Nuevo León.- Weather in Monterrey with a temperate atmosphere for this Monday where the maximum temperature will be 30 degrees with partially clear skies.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, a minimum temperature of 21 degrees and a maximum of 30 degrees is expected.

General weather forecast

For today, Category 3 Hurricane Milton will continue its movement over the Gulf of Mexico.

Its wide circulation will cause occasional torrential rains in Campeche and Yucatán; intense occasional events in Puebla, Veracruz, Tabasco and Quintana Roo; and strong points in Tamaulipas, San Luis Potosí, Hidalgo and Tlaxcala; as well as gusts of wind of 120 to 140 km/h, waves of 5 to 7 meters high and possible formation of waterspouts on the Campeche (northern) and Yucatán coasts; and gusts of 80 to 100 km/h with waves of 3 to 5 meters high on the coast of Tamaulipas, Veracruz, Tabasco and Quintana Roo.

In turn, a low pressure area with a high probability of cyclonic development off the coasts of Colima and Jalisco will maintain its interaction with the monsoon trough, which will produce very heavy occasional rains in Nayarit, Jalisco, Colima, Michoacán, Guerrero, Morelos, Oaxaca and Chiapas; strong points in the State of Mexico and Mexico City.

Finally, the cool to temperate evening environment will continue in the center of the country and temperate to warm in the north, northeast, east, west, south and southeast of the Mexican Republic, including the Yucatan Peninsula, as well as a hot environment in areas of Baja Southern California, becoming very hot in areas of Sinaloa, and with extremely hot maximum temperatures, above 45 °C in the northeast of Baja California and northwest of Sonora.
