Weather in Monterrey today August 28

Nuevo León.- Weather in Monterrey for this Wednesday with a maximum temperature of 35 degrees, a partially clear sky and a chance of showers in the afternoon.

Tomorrow, Thursday, the minimum temperature is expected to be 24 degrees and the maximum temperature is 35 degrees.

General weather forecast

Today, the Mexican monsoon will cause heavy rains in Sinaloa, Durango, Sonora and Chihuahua; showers with intervals of showers in Baja California Sur; and isolated rains in areas of Baja California, accompanied by strong gusts of wind.

On the other hand, a low pressure circulation in the middle and upper levels of the atmosphere located north of Tamaulipas and Nuevo León and the entry of humidity from the Gulf of Mexico will produce heavy rainfall in Tamaulipas, Nuevo León and Coahuila; with strong gusts of wind and possible whirlwinds in areas of northeastern Mexico.

The entry of humid air from the Gulf of Mexico and the Pacific Ocean, combined with instability in the high levels of the atmosphere located over the center and east of the territory, will generate intense rains in Guerrero; very strong rains in Veracruz, Oaxaca, Puebla, Morelos, State of Mexico and Mexico City; strong rains in Tlaxcala, Hidalgo, Querétaro and Guanajuato; intervals of showers in San Luis Potosí and Zacatecas; and isolated rains in Aguascalientes, with strong gusts of wind in areas of Zacatecas, Aguascalientes, San Luis Potosí, Guanajuato, Querétaro, Hidalgo and Puebla.

In turn, tropical wave No. 19 will move over the west of the Mexican Republic, and the entry of humid air from the Pacific Ocean, will cause very heavy rains in Michoacán, Colima and Jalisco; as well as showers in Nayarit, and strong gusts of wind in areas of Jalisco.

Likewise, the entry of humid air from the Caribbean Sea and a low pressure channel in southeastern Mexico will cause heavy rains in Chiapas, as well as rains with intervals of showers in Quintana Roo, Yucatán, Campeche and Tabasco, with strong gusts of wind in areas of Yucatán and Chiapas.

Finally, a mild climate will prevail in the afternoon in the center of the country and warm to hot in the rest of the states of the Mexican Republic, with very hot maximum temperatures above 40 °C in areas of Baja California and Sonora.
