According to the DWD, protective measures should be taken when staying outdoors in the affected regions. Thunderstorms and heavy rain: severe weather warnings in many counties
1:52 pm: The German Weather Service (DWD) is already warning of severe weather in many districts. This particularly affects the south of the Federal Republic. Level 2 strong thunderstorm warnings (orange) currently apply in the following regions:

Saturday weather: There is constant rain and severe weather

“From Tuesday the midsummer will come to Germany thanks to a high that feels good about us,” said the German Weather Service in Offenbach on Friday. When there is a lot of sunshine, maximum temperatures of 25 to 32 degrees are reached. On Wednesday and Thursday, the DWD could even break the 35-degree mark for the first time this year.
