The deterioration of the weather will be significant from tomorrow, Friday 29/11, with meteorologists warning of bad weather that will bring large volumes of water. They also express concern about flooding phenomena. The temperature will drop, while the snow will also make an appearance in several regions of Greece.
The phenomena, according to the director of EMY, Thodoris Kolidas, will begin in the west and north of the country, while an emergency notice of deterioration may also be issued.

Arnautoglou: Enough water will fall for hours
For large volumes of water, which in some areas are expected to create significant problems, Sakis Arnautoglou speaks in his forecast.
“In the next 24 hours, a change in the weather is expected which seems to be serious. Enough water will fall for hours, in several areas of the country. In some of these phenomena, it is not excluded that they are also potentially dangerous”, he says. “On Saturday we will be visited by a barometric low that will give us enough and in places a lot of water” he adds.
Long-lasting rains are expected in Northern Greece and snow in Florina, Kastoria, and possibly Kozani.
The seven areas that are in the “red”
Bad weather targets seven areas. According to the meteorologist Giorgos Tsatraphyllias, the regions that are in the red and will receive the intense phenomena are Thessaly, central Macedonia, the Ionian, Evia, the Sporades, the eastern Aegean and Attica also has many possibilities.
“The latest news about the bad weather of S/K is that it is getting organized and getting stronger,” he says characteristically.
