Excessive temperature also detected in Germany by the regional newspaper of Berlin Berliner Zeitung. In the night from 31 December to 1 January 2023, “the thermometer showed more than 17 degrees in some areas. It has never been so hot on New Year’s Eve in the capital”ensures the newspaper.
