Weather forecast: some disturbances, stationary temperatures

This Monday, December 14, the weather will be only slightly disturbed over most of the country, according to forecasts by Meteo France. Three departments are, however, still placed on raw orange vigilance until 6 a.m.: Landes, Pyrénées-Atlantique and Gironde. The rainy disturbance will shift very slowly to the east and will give light rains in the morning from Pays de la Loire and Poitou-Charentes to Champagne-Ardenne, passing through the Center region and Île-de-France. It will extend in the afternoon from the north of Aquitaine to the Ardennes. To the west, the sky will remain heavy over Brittany and Normandy with some showers.

Ahead of the disturbance, after a rather pleasant morning from Rhône-Alpes to Provence, the high clouds will be more and more numerous from the southwest to the east of the country. Maritime entrances will mask the sky of Languedoc-Roussillon, bringing a little more marked precipitation against the Cévennes relief. Clouds and light rains will overflow in the afternoon towards Provence. The south-westerly wind will be gusting at 70/80 km / h on the Channel coast. The autan wind will set in and will reach 70 km / h in its area, even 80 km / h on the Lauragais at the end of the day.

Stable temperatures

The minimum temperatures will remain generally stationary with a few weak morning frosts in the east to the interior of Provence and between 4 and 12 degrees in the other regions from east to west. The maximums will be slightly higher over the eastern half of France with 8 to 13 degrees, while it will be 12 to 15 in the west locally, 17 over the Basque Country and Corsica.
