From the night of November 14th to the 17th, there will be light to moderate snow or sleet from west to east in parts of the central and eastern parts of Northwest China, Inner Mongolia, and Northeast China. Among them, from the night of the 15th to the 17th, there will be light to moderate snow or sleet in the central and eastern parts of Heilongjiang and eastern Jilin. There were heavy snowfalls in some areas and severe localized snowstorms.

  From 20:00 on November 14th to 20:00 on November 15th,There is light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of the central and northeastern Northwest China, central and northeastern Inner Mongolia, western and northern North China, northern Sichuan Plateau, and northeastern Tibet, with localized heavy snowfall. There will be light rain and local moderate rain in some areas in the southeastern part of Northwest China, most of Henan, most of Hubei, most of Hunan, the eastern part of Southwest China, and southern Yunnan. There are winds of magnitude 4 to 6 in some areas in the eastern part of Northwest China, central and western Inner Mongolia, northern and western North China. There is blowing sand in the central and western parts of Inner Mongolia (see Figure 3).

Parts of southern Liaoning, eastern Shandong, Jiangsu, Anhui, Zhejiang, northern Fujian, Jiangxi, eastern Hubei, Hunan, southern Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou, central and northern Guangxi, northern Guangdong, Hainan Island, Taiwan Island and other places have small to medium-sized rain. Parts of central and eastern Inner Mongolia, most of North China, Shandong Peninsula, and eastern Jiangnan have winds of magnitude 5 to 7 (see Figure 4).

  From 20:00 on November 16th to 20:00 on November 17th,Parts of eastern Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, Jilin, northern Liaoning, and eastern Tibet experienced light to moderate snow or sleet. Among them, eastern Heilongjiang and northeastern Jilin experienced locally heavy to heavy snowfall. There will be light to moderate rain in parts of southern Liaoning, southern Sichuan, most of Yunnan, Hainan Island, Taiwan Island and other places. Parts of central and eastern Inner Mongolia, most of Heilongjiang, western Jilin, most of Liaoning, Shandong Peninsula, and eastern Jiangnan have winds of level 5 to 7 (see Figure 5).
