Your next weekend (Saturday August 29 and Sunday August 30), a drastic change of weather is in sight. Indeed, the wind oriented to the North will drop the temperatures. Rain and showers will not spare any region. Snowfall is expected in the mountains above 2000 meters. This “blow of freshness” will coincide precisely with the end of the meteorological summer.
A low pressure system will stretch from Scandinavia to Italy while the Azores high will position itself on the near Atlantic, from Ireland to Spain, channeling a northerly wind over France, and therefore from the freshness in a particularly unstable atmosphere.

With a north-facing wind, it will be very cool! It is especially in the afternoons that the feeling of freshness will be accentuated by the clouds, the showers and the north wind. The highs will show 17 to 23 ° C from north to south, values 3 to 5 ° C below average. Sunday morning, it will be very cool with lows sometimes close to 5 ° C at dawn in the valleys of Auvergne, Normandy, Brittany, Poitou or Sologne.
