The General Authority of Meteorology revealed, on its official Facebook page, the weather and temperatures for tomorrow, Thursday 8/17/2023, as it will be hot and humid during the day in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the northern coasts, and northern Upper Egypt.
The authority pointed out that the temperature rises in South Sinai and South Upper Egypt, while it is moderate at night in the north of the country to the north of Upper Egypt, tilted to heat in South Sinai and South Upper Egypt.
The authority indicated that there is light rain that may be medium or thunderous at times, with an incidence rate of 40% in areas of South Sinai, which may reach torrential rains on the heights of St. Catherine, and extend light and thundery sometimes to Halayeb and Shalatin.
And the meteorologists indicated that the weather and temperatures today witness the appearance of low clouds in the morning over areas of Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt and the northern coasts, which helps to soften the atmosphere.
And the meteorologists added that there is wind activity today in some areas, which reduces the feeling of high levels of humidity at night, while the height of the waves in the Mediterranean Sea is from 1.5 to 2 meters. And the height of the waves is from 2 to 3 meters.
