- Floods : Charente Maritime
- Extreme cold : Haut-Rhin, Bas-Rhin, Moselle, Meurthe-et-Moselle, Doubs, Vosges, Territoire de Belfort, Côtes d’Or, Yonne, Aube, Haute-Marne, Meuse and Haute-Saône.
