The meteorologist noted that according to the calculations of the world forecast centers, the average air temperature in Ukraine in November could be 1-2 degrees above the climate level.
At the same time, she stressed that when it becomes warmer or colder, it is impossible to say with advance notice. She explained that it is possible to reliably find out what values the air temperature can reach only in 5 days.
Vera Balabukh also answered whether there will be heavy and long rains in November.
“It is also possible to say when it will rain, what its intensity and duration will be, just 5 days in advance, therefore, it is impossible to predict now whether there will be heavy and prolonged rains in November,” the meteorologist stressed. .
