In the next few days, rain is expected, and it is Western Finnmark and the Finnmark plateau that get the most.
– There can be 25 mm in six hours, says on-duty meteorologist Iselin Skjervagen to Dagbladet.
Rain in several places
But it is not only Western Finnmark and the Finnmark plateau that have to cover themselves in wet weather – rain has been reported in several places in the country.
– There may be some rain both in parts of Eastern Norway and west in Agder. If we look further south, there will be a little more precipitation along the whole of Western Norway, but also upwards towards Trøndelag and towards the whole of Northern Norway, she says and adds:
– It improves over the weekend. On Saturday it will be quite nice in Eastern Norway, Southern Norway, Finnmark, Vestfold and up towards Trøndelag and Nordland.
Rain, more rain and a lot of rain ???????? The weekend will be extra wet for parts of northern Norway, and the danger forecast for rain in western Finnmark and on the Finnmark plateau is now updated ⚠️ It can get up to 25 mm in six hours.

To farevarsler
NVE has issued yellow flood warning for parts of Nordland, Troms and Finnmark in connection with heavy rainfall and snowmelt.
– From Friday afternoon to Sunday morning, a lot of rain is expected, first in the south and then further north in the warning area, it is said on yr.no.
However, a warning has also been issued for forest fire danger in Nordland, Troms and the coastal and fjord areas in Western Finnmark.
Transfer Avisa Nordland Stig-Arild Fagerli, meteorologist on duty, describes it as “a special combination” of danger warnings.
– When a very dry period is replaced by a very wet period, this is something that can happen. And it does with you now, says Fagerli to the newspaper.
Meteorologist Iselin Skjervagen tells Dagbladet that the danger warning for forest fires will probably disappear during the weekend.
– There is a risk of flooding because there will be so much precipitation. The danger warning for forest fires will probably subside now that there is so much rain, she says.
–
Wet along the coast
However, the rain should not go away right away.
– It seems that it will continue beyond Saturday for Western and Northern Norway. There may be stays early on Sunday in Western Norway, but then there will be new precipitation, so it looks like it will be wet along the entire coast. It looks like from Monday it will be Sørlandet and Østlandet that will be hit by precipitation.
– Is the summer over?
– I would not say that, it may be that these are just a few rainy days. And since there is so much danger of forest fires, it is good that there will be rain, she says.
The meteorologist states that in Bergen it will vary between 12 and 15 degrees for some time to come. In Kristiansand, however, you can settle for summer temperatures this weekend.
– In Kristiansand, since the weather will be nice, the temperature will be just over 20 degrees this weekend. It will be a little cooler after Monday, but it is only a few degrees cooler, says Skjervagen.
She continues:
– In Trondheim it is quite hot today, but since it will rain a lot, the temperature will go down a bit. It will be between 12 and 15 degrees there.
In Tromsø, however, it will be around 18 degrees today, before the temperature drops to about nine degrees, the meteorologist states.
