Still rain coming on Romagna. The Regional Civil Protection has issued a green weather alert for the plain, yellow for the first hilly strip and orange for the mountain areas (of Forlì and Rimini) for bad weather, until midnight on Monday. Rain forecast, even of strong intensity, and wind up to 88 km / h on the ridge.
“On Sunday, an intense southern flow will determine subsequent pulses of intense precipitation, also of a reverse or thunderstorm character, on the Apennine sector. The phenomena will be more persistent in the central sector of the region” reads the alert number 26 of 2022.
Short showers and scattered thunderstorms may also affect the rest of the region mainly in the second part of the day.
The expected rainfall could generate localized landslides, runoff on the slopes and rapid rises in hydrometric levels in the watercourses of the central-western sector of the region, with possible exceeding of threshold 1. South-western winds of moderate gale are also forecast (62 -74 Km / h) or strong (75-88 Km / h) on the whole Apennine ridge, also associated with gusts, probably also in the hilly areas.
