Weather: A cold storm reaches Castellón with maximums of 12º on the coast and below zero in the interior | Radio Castellón

The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) foresees that starting this Wednesday the Valencian Community will register a drop in temperatures and the feeling of cold will accentuate, after a month of November that it has described as “very warm”.

The month of November has been “very warm” in the Valencian Community and has been marked by “very mild temperatures”, according to Aemet, which has highlighted that December has started similarly, with temperatures this Tuesday exceeding 21 ºC in Alicante and 20 ºC in Valencia. With clear skies and no wind, the temperatures are almost warm at noon.

However, this Wednesday a drop in temperatures will already be noticed, which will be locally noticeable in the interior of the northern half. Thus, the environment will be unpleasant in the coming days, with wind and cold, especially in the northern interior.

Thus, as of this Wednesday, temperatures begin to drop and the wind accelerates, especially in the interior and north of Castellón. The combination of wind and low temperatures will accentuate the feeling of cold in these areas.

On the coast there will also be a significant thermal decline, from highs near or above 20 ºC today and in the past, to highs around 12 ºC during the weekend.
