Never without my mask. While the incidence rate of Covid-19 is approaching the bar of 500 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the Allier, the Prefect has just taken a stopped requiring the wearing of a mask throughout the town of Montluçon. Vichy and Moulins are also concerned, but only in certain places in the city.
This obligation concerns all people from 11 years old. It is valid from 8 a.m. to midnight. The rule is not applicable for people “practicing physical, sporting or artistic activities” and “people with disabilities, provided with a medical certificate justifying this exemption”.
In the event of non-compliance with these provisions, offenders risk a fourth class fine, i.e. 135 euros.
