In order to prevent coronavirus infections and stay safe, several people in New York assured that they will go out to celebrate Halloween this Sunday following some prevention measures. Celebrating outdoors, wearing a mask at all times, washing hands frequently, as well as maintaining social distancing are part of the precautions.
