New York It has been one of the cities most affected by the coronavirus pandemic. That is why Bon Jovi has honored the Big Apple in the music video for Do What You Can, a video full of hope and in which the artist Set an example by wearing a mask.
The clip opens with news about the city announcing that it has reached the “critical part” of the COVID-19 crisis. “New Yorkers have a reputation for being tough, tough. New York will get over this. We’ll get over this,” you hear. The musician walks through the practically empty city, showing closed premises, workers in the streets and posters urging to maintain social distance. The video ends with an emotional message. “Dedicated to the everyday heroes fighting to overcome this pandemic”, you can read. The clip was posted on YouTube on August 25 and already has more than 330,000 views.

Do What You Can is part of his next album, entitled 2020, and that will go on sale next October 2. The album also includes the theme American Reckoning in homage to George Floyd.
