Weapons of Ex-Chairman of KY Jaja Ahmad Slasher Confiscated by Police and Sent to Labfor Analysis

Former Chairman of the Judicial Commission (KY) Jaja Ahmad Jayus stabbed by an unknown person in the back of the neck. Police have found the weapon used by the perpetrator.

Bandung Police Chief Kombes Kusworo Wibowo suspects that the perpetrators of the stabbing amounted to one person. The sharp weapon carried by the perpetrator has been secured and will be examined.

“We have secured the suspect’s weapon and sent it to the forensic laboratory,” said Kusworo, quoted by Antara, Tuesday (28/3/2023).

The police have examined four witnesses from the scene of the incident at Jaja’s residence in the GBA Complex. In addition, the TKP has also been installed with a police line.

“There are four people, we will match again with other witnesses,” he said.

Jaja and his son became victims and were rushed to Mayapada Hospital, Bandung City. The police are waiting for the autopsy results from the hospital.

“The victim is now at Mayapada Hospital, and we are currently conducting an investigation into the perpetrator,” said Kusworo.

Previously it was reported, the stabbing case occurred at around 15.00 WIB. The former KY chairman’s house is in the GBA Block F complex, which is located on the border between Bandung Regency and Bandung City.

In that incident, Jaja’s daughter also became a victim.
