Wealthy Bulgarians without a problem count from 2,500 to 10,000 euros per square meter for a property in Greece

A peak in the demand for houses, apartments and new properties in Greece is reported by brokers.

“The price per square meter varies from 2,500 euros to 8-10 thousand, depending on the location and condition of the property.” Clementina Georgieva, owner of a construction company and real estate agency in Greece, said this on the air of “Good Morning, Europe”.

“Absolutely all construction materials have become more expensive. This has correspondingly increased the price of properties. Bulgarians have rushed to buy properties, because the last ones that investors built 2 years ago are currently being sold. The interest is extremely high.”

“Kassandra and Halkidiki are the most preferred for buying a home not only by Bulgarians, but also by more affluent Serbs, Macedonians and Romanians”.

“When buying a property, it is good to use a lawyer to make sure that you are buying the right property. Bulgarians buy the properties for the purpose of investment or they simply buy plots and build on them.”
