We work with a ministry approach focused on public interest and public health.

Minister of Health Dr. Hakan Dinçyürek received the President of the Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Commerce (KTTO) Turgay Deniz and his accompanying delegation at the ministry.

Minister Dinçyürek, in his speech about the visit of the Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Commerce and the issues discussed within the scope of this visit, stated that the Chamber of Commerce plays a critical role in directing the country’s economy, business life and trade.

Stating that the Department of Primary Health Care and the Chamber of Commerce have many common business areas, Dinçyürek noted that expectations were discussed, the problems experienced in current practice and solution suggestions were discussed, and that they were in complete agreement on the solution of the problems.

Minister Dinçyürek stated that, in line with expectations, discussions were held about the problems arising from current practices and solution proposals, and that they will take steps in cooperation with the chamber of commerce upon completion of the legal regulations on these issues.

Stating that the work will continue rapidly with a ministry approach focused on public interest and public health, Dinçyürek emphasized that dialogue and cooperation are of great importance.

KTTO President Turgay Deniz, in his statement, stated that they are ready to work solution-oriented on all issues and expressed his gratitude to Minister Dinçyürek for the acceptance. As the Chamber of Commerce, Deniz emphasized that public health has red lines and stated that Minister Dinçyürek’s will to find solutions to the problems gives them hope.
