He warned that in order to stop wearing masks, you must have a herd immunity of at least 70 percent, in countries where the mask is no longer mandatory and vaccination is above 70 percent.
He explained that almost half of the child population is missing to be immunized, so when they return to classes, brigades will be held in schools, they are no longer being vaccinated only in authorized posts, but are going home, but still Half of the children established as a goal have not been reached.

He explained that the application of the second reinforcement to health workers in the public and private sectors, relief bodies, has already begun, as more vaccines enter the country, it will be extended to people 12 years of age and older, immunocompromised and adults over 60 years.

Matheu reiterated that a new donation of one million vaccines against COVID-19 for adults and 250 thousand pediatric doses will be received from one country and 90 thousand from another nation.
