„Hard, titanic “work, incl. further talks with voters are announced by staff member Rafał Trzaskowski and KO politicians before the second round of elections. We will convince you that Rafał Trzaskowski will best rebuild our nation’s community – said Senate Marshal Tomasz Grodzki on Sunday.

President Andrzej Duda, supported by PiS, and KO candidate Rafał Trzaskowski will face the second round of presidential elections. Duda obtained 41.8 percent votes, and Trzaskowski – 30.4 percent – results from the Ipsos survey for TVP, TVN and Polsat. The second round of elections will take place on July 12.
Grodzki: These were the expectations
Tomasz Grodzki estimated that Trzaskowski “fulfilled his goal with some vigor”, which was entering the second round of elections “with three in front”.
These were the expectations of our candidate and both these expectations were met
– said the Speaker of the Senate.
He pointed out that the key battle was only before the candidate of the Civic Coalition.
It will be twelve days of hard, I would say, titanic work, with full humility and respect for voters, with an attempt to convince that Rafał Trzaskowski will be the one who will best fill the ditches of hatred that divide us, who will best rebuild our nation’s community and which will make the majesty of the brightest Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth will once again shine in full light all over the world
– emphasized Grodzki.
He expressed the hope that Trzaskowski, with the help of his electoral staff and his supporters, would convince all those who “had the path of democracy, to remain Poland in the family of civilized communities of the Western, free world”.
Let’s remember that 58 percent voters have already said: we want change. 58 percent voters said “we have had enough” and this is a very good starting point for the second round

Nowacka believes in Trzaskowski’s victory
The leader of the Polish Initiative, a member of the Trzaskowski staff, Barbara Nowacka also believes that “winning Poland” by Trzaskowski is possible.
58 percent showed the red card to Andrzej Duda. This is a completely different reality than in May, so now hard work and dialogue. And we will win this election

He added that almost two weeks of hard work before Trzaskowski.
A lot of meetings, conversations, a positive program, convincing people that such an important thing as open Poland, friendly Poland, Poland for everyone and that Rafał can do it. And we will do it – and Trzaskowski and we all over Poland
– declared Nowacka.
She emphasized that KO politicians have high hopes, including with the result of Szymon Hołownia (according to the Ipsos survey 13.3 percent), because – as she estimated – his voters also showed that they want change.
We want to show who Rafał Trzaskowski is that he is not a candidate of one party, but a candidate who has already proven himself well as a self-government of all residents
– said the deputy.
Nitras joins the choir of smoothies
Another of the staffers of the KO candidate, MP Sławomir Nitras believes in Trzaskowski’s election victory on July 12.
We are very satisfied with the result, thank you very much to all voters of Rafał Trzaskowski. We would like to ask all those who decided to support other candidates very much that Rafał Trzaskowski was the president of all Poles, just as he is the president of all Warsaw residents
– emphasized the politician.
He informed that for the next days Trzaskowski would continue election visits throughout the country. On Sunday he went to Wołomin and Zegrze Południe, on Monday he will be, among others in Płock, and later in the northern regions of Poland.
We have all days scheduled. We only have room for debates that we would prefer to have in the field. We would most like to talk to Mr. Duda in the countryside about agriculture, about the fate of Polish enterprises in a Polish company, and not on Woronicz (at the headquarters of TVP – PAP), where everyone plays with marked cards

Polls according to Halicki
The leader of the Mazovian Civic Platform Andrzej Halicki assessed that the result of the KO candidate is much better than indicated by the polls, while the election result of President Duda – much below expectations.
I think that for Rafał Trzaskowski this is a great result to continue to convince
– added the MEP.
According to Halicki, before the second round of elections in July it will be crucial to reach voters in smaller towns in particular.
It is a matter of reaching those smaller towns, centers and communities that are very close to their hosts, i.e. local governments, and know how much central power disturbs them and does not help
– he emphasized.
As an example, he pointed to recent floods.
How many billions of zlotys were taken for unknown purposes, and those that were so important for the local community were not realized. This is the cost of centralization that PiS has funded
