Supple Kiss Lip Glaze de Kylie Cosmetics – 8/10
Price quality
It was at the end of 2015 that Kylie Jenner launched her own cosmetics line. And to the kits of pencils and lipsticks of the beginning, skincare, complexion and eye products, a baby range, and even, most recently, a perfume were gradually added. But the influencer often comes back to what is at the heart of her beauty look: luscious and perfectly worked lips. The latest release to date, Supple Kiss Lip Glaze, a product between a gloss and a lip varnish, promising 12 hours of hydration and shine, for deliciously colored and luscious lips for 19.99 euros per tube. All that was left was to test it!

Texture/smell
The texture is soft, light and applies very easily. Everything you would expect from this type of formula. In terms of smell and taste, it is more surprising, since we start with very sweet notes, evoking cocoa butter, caramel and macadamia nut. If I have a preference for tasteless and odorless versions for lip products (these end up in direct contact with food and drinks), those of Supple Kiss Lip Glaze are not unpleasant. I also felt a slight tingling, as is often the case with plumping formulas. But much less strongly than for glosses from other brands.
The little extras
I had the opportunity to test the shades Lover Girl, a soft pink, and Rose Bloom, a warm brown.
- The result is very beautiful, bright without being too shiny.
- The shades are nude and colorful enough at the same time.
- The volume of the lips appears increased, or at least enhanced.
- The comfort is impeccable, it is clearly a very good formula.
- It is a small model, easy to carry with you for discreet touch-ups. Especially since its ease of use does not even require a mirror.
The small minuses
- Unfortunately, as with many products of this type, the hold is not incredible. Just eat a bite or drink a coffee and most of it has disappeared. Fortunately without leaving any traces, on the other hand. Those who want a long-lasting effect with this type of texture should instead turn to lip inks and lip tints.
- Like any self-respecting gloss, it is sticky. So be careful with your hair.
- The taste/scent that might bother some people.
Would I buy it again?
It will take me a while to finish it, especially since I like to vary the models, colors and textures on the lips, but it will definitely accompany me this summer. And then, as Kylie Jenner shows in her videos, nothing prevents you from combining it with a classic lipstick or a lip pencil for new shades and different effects.
