We tested Sweet Lady – The incredible tea room in Lille

We have rarely seen such a crowd in a small tea room hidden in the heart of the city center. This means that Sweet Lady is the new gourmet attraction in Lille. A discreet place, which is revealed by a pretty window where original sweet and savory pleasures await, rather very colorful. Here, we offer devilishly effective homemade Franco-Asian specialties. Even the chairs look like pastries. A call to curiosity as well as gluttony.

An original sweet specialty, Putocake

The least we can say is that Sweet Lady is not afraid to think outside the box. On the menu, you are spoiled for choice among 11 pastries. The ultimate specialty is Putocake. The pastry chef had the great idea of ​​revisiting this savory Filipino dish as a sweet cake. It offers 4 versions. Chocolate, vanilla, with Filipino sweet potato and pandan leaf. All in a flashy version. Either you succumb, or you move on to other fine pastries.

King size and very delicious cookies for those who like less adventure but respect the treat. There are three flavors: matcha white chocolate raspberry. A dark chocolate sesame. And a caramel lover that made our little heart beat. All pastries are a recipe for crime. We have succumbed forever to the discovery duo.
