The results revealed that men who drink a cup of tea every day have higher sperm concentration and sperm count, which improves male reproductive health, according to the Daily Mail.
The researchers found that those who drank tea at least three days a week had 5% higher sperm counts and 0.4% higher sperm concentration.
The team found that those who drank tea for 10 years or more had 15.3 percent higher sperm concentrations than those who drank no tea.
In particular, some healthy foods, including fruits, green leafy vegetables, and beans, have been individually linked to improved sperm concentration, motility, and ability to move.
Likewise, fertility studies have also indicated that red meat, coffee, and sugary snacks can cause sperm quality to drop.
