Concert performance “We return to Latgol”
On the evening of Sunday, October 22, the premiere of the concert performance “We are coming back to Latgol” was held in the Valmiera Culture Center, full of spectators, which was received by the audience with applause and a standing ovation. The performance was created by the director Valdis Lūriņš, the composer Valdis Zilveris, the author of the lyrics Jānis Peters and Danskovīte – a real Latvian, who is known in Latvia as the creator of “Ontana and Anne”. In the show, the stories of Latgale were played and sung by the actors of the Latvian National Theater Indra Burkovska, Dace Bonāte, Anna Klēvere, Mārcis Maņjakovs, the group “Baltie lāči” and the director himself.

On November 26 at 7 p.m. in the Livani Culture Center
January 20 at 6 p.m. at the Ventspils Theater House “Jūras vārti”
On February 10 at 6 p.m. at the Latgale embassy, GORS
February 17 at 6 p.m. in the “Cēsis” Concert Hall
On February 24 and 25 at 6 p.m., the Great Hall of the Latvian National Theater
