The Katameya Gardens project includes 500 housing units, with areas ranging from 100 to 160 square meters, in New Cairo, and it is one of the in-kind projects of the New Urban Communities Authority.

The seriousness of the reservation amount for the Katameya Gardens project amounts to 100 thousand pounds, in addition to the registration fees, and the payment of 20% in addition to (1% administrative expenses + 5.0% for the benefit of the Board of Trustees) of the total unit price, within a month starting from 03/26/2023. , and until 04/05/2023.

Regarding the financial conditions, 10% of the total unit price is paid upon receipt, and 70% (the rest of the unit price) is paid in equal quarterly installments for a period of 3, 5, or 7 years, bearing interest on the debit balance equivalent to the interest rate announced by the Central Bank of Egypt at the time of offering. In addition to (2% according to the instructions of the Ministry of Finance + 0.5% collection fees), and the first installment is due 3 months after the date of receiving the unit, provided that post-dated checks are submitted before receiving, and unit holders can pay the rest of the unit price, and its value is 70% of the total The price, through the real estate financing program at the Housing and Development Bank, in accordance with the applicable rules, with the obligation to pay any amounts due to the Authority as soon as they fall due, until real estate financing is obtained.
