Music escapes from the kitchen, along with good smells that give the mouth water. Inside, a dozen women divided into two teams are busy around the stoves. The atmosphere was festive this Saturday morning at the Sablons social center in Sarcelles (Val-d’Oise). This is where the cooperative dedicated to nutrition, which works in five towns in eastern Val-d’Oise, organized the first of its intergenerational culinary challenges.
